Counselling online is quite different from being in a room with someone - it has its advantages, and of course sometimes it has its limitations, for example, when the technology goes wrong.
You can choose the way you prefer to have your counselling, using either chat, video-conferencing, or email or a combination.
There are five simple steps before we'll start the counselling, as I want to be sure you are comfortable with how we'll work and with the technology.
Step 1: Choose how you'd like to have your counselling. eg. by text chat, video-conferencing, audio, email.
Step 2: Read and accept the Terms in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). If you would like to continue please go to Step 3.
Step 3: Once you are sure that I am the right person for you and I have answered all your questions I will send you a password protected Client Agreement for you to complete, sign and email it back to info@UKCounsellingOnline.net.I will send you the password by a separate method. By returning your form you are making a request for counselling with our secure, confidential service and accept the terms and conditions included in the FAQs page on this website.
Step 4: I will contact you to acknowledge the arrival of your form to book your sessions and to request payment. Sometimes I will ask you for some more information before booking a session.
Step 5: Depending on how we are going to work together online I will book a time for our appointment and send you a link. Just before the appointment time you can open the link so that we're ready to start on time.
